In order to start a firm registration in Czech republic and documents preparation for consulate it is necessary for you to have the following:
- variants of the name of the future firm (Latin alphabet)
- founders passports copies of the first pages and all those who is also moving into Czech republic
- Internal passport copies: 1-st and 2-nd pages, pages with the marital status and a permit residence
- Birth certificates copies for individuals, who are over 18 years old
- Individual share of founders in percentage (minimum of 10 % out of 200 000 Czech crowns of an authorized capital stock)
- A list of prospective kinds of the firm activity
- Certificate of criminal record for individuals older than 15 years (from the MIC Ministry of Internal Affairs)
- Completed questionnaires of the founders (possible in electronic form)

For registration of annual visas for founders and members of their families in addition it is required:
- Three photos of the size 3.5 х 4.5 (a format "for visas", face - 80 %).
- Certificate of criminal record for individuals older than 15 years.
- Copies of birth certificates for individuals over 18 years old.
- The original of birth certificate of children Over 18 years.
- Approved notary the power of attorney for the child up to 18 years, if one of parents is not applying for visa at present.
- Confirmation from bank for each adult applicant about presence of means in convertible currency + a copy of payment card VISA or MasterCard for the equivalent sum:
- for Ukraine citizens - 80 000 Czech crowns and more, I.E. from 3 500 Euros (from 6 000 US dollars).
- for Russian citizens - 101 000 Czech crowns and more, I.E. from 4 500 Euros (from 7 000 US dollars).
In case of there are children (under 18 years old) and they are applying for visa, it is not necessary for them to have a personal bank account. One of their parents should simply has extra sum, which is making a minimum 120 000 Czech crowns (Ukraine) or 153 000 crowns (Russia) – for one minor child. At the moment of visa applying the valid presence of specified sum, usually, are not been checked.
Each Czech visa applicant should have own international passport, which should be valid for minimum 16 months at the moment of applying for visa.
Attention!
Please do copies of all documents received from us, before the visa application to Czech embassy, keep them within a year till the moment of prolongation your visa and reception of the residence permit status- permissions to long-term residing for a period of 2 years. In case of mistakes in your next questionnaire there is the possibility to be refused in visa prolongation. Be attentive! After 5 years of residing in Czech republic you have the right to receipt the permanent residence. You should apply for it personally. For minor children (under 15 years old) documents are submitted by their parents. You will be interviewed in Czech consulate, asked about your immigration reasons. We will prepare you for it. Then your documents will be sent to Czech republic police which is engaged in disposal of legal proceeding of foreigners in a place of registration which we do also provide. There documents will be considered about 2 months, then the result will be sent in electronic form to the consular department. There will be a positive result if you will follow our instructions and you will receive the multiple visa for over 90 days. Within 3 working days after arrival to Czech republic you are obliged to be registered in the Police of foreign affairs.

The immigration legislation of Czech republic.
Immigration process and foreigners stay in Czech republic is regulated by law N 326/1999 Sb. "About the stay of foreigners in Czech republic territory". There are following status as long-term stay in Czech republic territory (more than 90 days):
- The long-term visa or the visa for the term of more than 90 days of type D/VC - dlouhodobá víza (§ 17b). After the termination of period of validity of the long-term visa the foreigner has the right on temporary residence permit reception;
- the residence permit - povolení k pobytu (the Part 3, § 42). The temporary residence stands out at the police branch in a place of a residence permit in the form of the visa in the tourist passport for a 2 years period (§ 44 items 4, h). The Residence permit can be prolonged unlimited times.
- Permanent residence – trvalý pobyt (§ 65, 66). Remaining the citizen of his/her own country, the foreigner gets all driver's license of the Czech republic citizen except for the suffrage. The document confirming this status is the internal passport of the foreigner (Průkaz o povolení k pobytu pro cizince). In reality the Czech permanent residence can be received only two ways:
- Marriage with the Czech citizen;
- Living in Czech republic on the basis of temporary residence permit for 5 years (we are not talking about constantly and continuously residing in the country).
From 5/1/2004 has come into force new edition of law N 326/1999 Sb. "About stay of foreigners in Czech republic territory". Conditions of Czech visa registration have not changed. In the law "concept" - the visa to Czech republic for term over 90 days (the annual visa) has remained. The permission to long-term stay, i.e. residence permit was again entered. The basis for the type D/VC multiply visa reception, which prolongation stands out residence permit in Czech republic, is possible to receive in following cases:
- Participation in the Czech legal entity (law N 216/2005 Sb.) - visa D/VC/06/36/V/2;
- Individual enterprise activity (laws N 216/2005 Sb., N 445/1991 Sb.) - visa D/VC/06/25/V/2;
- the connection of the family, spouse, dependent children of parents under 26, parents aged over 70 years (law N 326/1999 Sb, § 31 items 1) - visa D/VC/03/V/2
- Studying at University (College, School) accredited by the Czech republic Ministry of Education (law N 326/1999 Sb, § 31 items 1) - visa D/VC/08/V/2;
- Employment at the Czech employer (laws N 1/1991 Sb. And N 9/1991 Sb.) - visa D/VC/01/.../V/2;
3 - 4 months before the termination of visa D/VC, in a place of your residing in Czech republic police branch of foreign affairs, you should apply for the residence permit . If the necessary conditions for its delivery remain you will give out the residence permit for a 2 years period. After the next prolongation you already acquire the right to the permanent residence with all advantages following from it.
Receiving the Czech residence permit, you remain the citizen of your country, keep all rights as the citizen, but thus receive a number of favorable side benefits:
- The right to visa-free entrance to Czech republic and the countries of the Schengen Agreement.
- The right to residing without term restriction in all Czech republic territory, in the Schengen countries - 90 days out from 180.
- The right to visa reception to the USA, Great Britain, etc. in their diplomatic representatives in Prague where this procedure is considerably simplified.
- The right to do commercial activity and work on hiring.
- The right to reception of the Czech driving license.
- Ability to register in person for themselves, bought in the Czech Republic or in other countries, vehicle.
- The right to social and health benefits .
- The right to free education in the Czech Republic, including higher.
- The right to participate in the leasing, credit and mortgage legal relationships.

Since 2008 the state has increased the tax to additional cost from 5 % to 9 % on habitation to 120 м2 and to 19 % - over this metric area.
